Ordering items from Kincavel Krochet couldn’t be easier! Just send an email with your choice of item(s) to firstname.lastname@example.org
You will be sent a Paypal invoice for the total amount payable. The item(s) will be mailed to you at the address shown on your Paypal account (unless you request that your order be sent to another specified address) when notification comes through that the payment has been made.
Payment is by PayPal only.
All the items will be dispatched by post as soon as Paypal payment has been confirmed – this is usually within 48 hours. The post office is not open on Sundays or Bank holidays, so if you order on a Saturday or over a bank holiday weekend, it may be slightly longer before your items are dispatched, but you will be kept informed at all times.
All items will be sent by Second Class mail (within the UK) unless First Class mail is specifically requested. All packages (including to locations outside the UK) will have the postage calculated as accurately as possible – all packages will be weighed by me and postage costs will be checked on the Royal Mail website. In some circumstances, there may be a small difference in the actual cost of postage as a result. If the postage ends up costing a little more than is shown on your Paypal invoice, you will not be charged any extra, conversely, no refund of excess postage will be made unless the postage costs more than £1 less than was shown on the invoice.
In the event of your item going missing in the post, you will be refunded the cost of your item and postage. The amount is reclaimed from Royal mail and this process takes a little time, but you will be kept informed at every stage. Please do allow a reasonable time for your package to arrive, especially if you live outside the UK.
All items are carefully checked before postage to ensure they are not damaged. If your item is damaged when you receive it, a refund will be given once the item has been returned. The refund will also include the cost of the return postage, but will only be refunded once the item has been received.
